We started Mynt because the staffing industry rarely listens long enough. Most vendors push CVs; we sit on the warehouse floor and watch the shift change. The difference, in time, becomes obvious.
Our story
Mynt began in 2018 with a small Ahmedabad team and one warehouse contract. Seven years later we run continuous staffing across logistics, e-commerce, and quick-commerce operators in four states.
What hasn't changed is the rhythm: we visit the site, understand the work, and hire for the role behind the role. Our co-founders still personally close every partner contract — and most of our regional leads were promoted from the floor.
