Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Mynt Careers Pvt. Ltd. (“Mynt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and all related services we provide.

If you have any questions that are not answered here, please reach out to us at info@myntcareers.com.

01

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you apply for a role, submit a CV, or fill in our contact form, we collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, work history, educational background, and any other information you choose to include. We only ask for what is necessary to assess your application.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect standard log data — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use cookies to maintain session state and understand how visitors navigate the site.

Information from third parties

If you apply through a job board or referral partner, we may receive your profile from that platform. In such cases, we handle your data under the same terms set out in this policy.

02

How we use your information

Candidate processing

We use your personal data to evaluate your suitability for open roles, contact you about interview opportunities, and share your profile (with your consent) with the relevant client organisation filling a vacancy.

Communication

We use your contact details to respond to enquiries, send application updates, and — where you have opted in — notify you of new roles that match your profile. You can unsubscribe from role-alert emails at any time.

Compliance and record-keeping

As a staffing organisation, we are required to maintain placement records for statutory and audit purposes. Personal data used for compliance is retained only for as long as legally required.

Site improvement

Aggregated, anonymised analytics help us understand which pages are most useful and how to improve the experience. This data cannot be linked back to you.

03

Sharing your information

Client organisations

We share your CV and relevant profile details with client organisations only when a role is a realistic match and only after informing you. We do not sell candidate data or share profiles speculatively without your knowledge.

Service providers

We work with trusted third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Legal obligations

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, or a government authority with lawful jurisdiction — including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any applicable rules thereunder.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, candidate and client data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify affected individuals before any such transfer takes place.

04

Data retention

Active candidates

We retain your profile for up to two years from the date of last contact or activity. After that period, we will either delete your data or reach out to confirm whether you would like to remain in our candidate pool.

Placed candidates

Placement records — including offer letters, joining documents, and payroll-related information — are retained for a minimum of seven years in line with Indian statutory requirements.

Website enquiries

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for 12 months from the date of the last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing engagement.

05

Your rights

Access and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct any inaccuracies. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.

Withdrawal of consent

Where we process your data on the basis of consent — for example, to send you role alerts — you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Deletion

You may ask us to delete your personal data. We will action this request unless we are required to retain the data for legal or statutory reasons, in which case we will explain what data must be kept and why.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may write to us at the contact details below. You also have the right to approach the relevant data protection authority under applicable Indian law.

06

Cookies

Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take — such as setting your privacy preferences or navigating between pages.

Analytics cookies

We use anonymised analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through these cookies. You may disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the way our website functions.

07

Security

How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Breach notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay, in line with applicable law.

08

Changes to this policy

How we notify you

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or the way we handle data. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will send a notice to the email address on file.
