(“Mynt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to submit an application or enquiry through it. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account or engagement we have reason to believe involves a person under the age of 18.

Candidate responsibilities

Accuracy of information

Eligibility for roles

Applying for roles for which you do not meet the stated requirements wastes resources and may be treated as misrepresentation.

Conduct during the process

This includes attending scheduled interviews, communicating any changes in your availability promptly, and refraining from approaching client organisations independently outside the process facilitated by Mynt Careers, unless explicitly permitted to do so.

Cap on liability

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to Mynt Careers in the six months preceding the claim. Many of our services are offered at no charge to candidates, and in such cases our aggregate liability is nil.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

Applicable law

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Contract Act, 1872.

Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this website. By using the site, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
