Sit with the finance team and own the monthly close — payroll reconciliation, vendor payouts, statutory filings. Numbers tie out cleanly, deadlines hold, and audits don’t surprise us.

What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Run monthly payroll reconciliation for our placed workforce
- Process vendor invoices and payouts on agreed terms
- File PF, ESI, PT, and LWF on time across multiple states
- Support quarterly audits and answer client finance queries
- Keep the books audit-ready, always
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- B.Com or equivalent; CA Inter is a plus
- 2+ years of practical accounting in a services or staffing setup
- Tally Prime, Excel, and any cloud accounting tool
- Working understanding of Indian payroll statutes
