About the role
Run a single shift inside one of our partner warehouses in Pune. You set the pace for the team, escalate issues, and keep the floor moving — calmly, even on bad days.
What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Open the shift, conduct briefings, and close out daily targets
- Manage roster, attendance, and break rotations for 20–30 associates
- Coordinate with the floor manager on inbound and dispatch flow
- Run on-the-spot problem solving when picks fall behind or trucks get delayed
- Submit a clean end-of-shift report with the day’s metrics
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- 2+ years in a warehouse, dispatch, or last-mile environment
- Comfortable with shift planning tools and Excel basics
- Spoken Hindi or Marathi; conversational English
- Calm under pressure — peak season tests every supervisor
