About the role
Be the face of the brand at the customer’s door. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll handle 40–60 daily drops across a defined Bangalore zone — packages, perishables, or quick-commerce orders depending on the route.
What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Plan and complete an assigned delivery route across a Bangalore zone
- Hand over packages with a friendly, professional touch — every drop counts
- Maintain delivery accuracy above 98% on the company tracking app
- Report damaged shipments, address mismatches, and customer feedback the same day
- Keep the company two-wheeler and gear in good working condition
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- Valid driving licence (two-wheeler) and a smartphone
- Familiarity with Bangalore neighbourhoods and traffic patterns
- Spoken Kannada or Hindi; basic English helpful
- 10th pass or equivalent
