About the role
Own the operational P&L for a Mumbai client mandate. You’ll work alongside our regional lead to shape staffing, fleet, and floor productivity — and you’ll be measured on cost-per-shipment and retention.
What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Own warehouse and dispatch performance for the client mandate
- Lead a team of supervisors, planners, and on-floor coordinators
- Build the monthly forecast — staffing, vehicles, and SLA compliance
- Partner with the client on continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive cost-per-shipment down without compromising on retention or safety
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- 5+ years managing a logistics or warehousing operation
- P&L exposure with team strength of 60+ headcount
- Strong with WMS / TMS tools and operational analytics
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or PGDM is a plus
