About the role
Pick orders from racks, pack them carefully, and queue them for dispatch. Most of our picker-packers are placed across e-commerce fulfilment centres in Bangalore, Pune, NCR, and Kolkata.

What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Read pick lists and locate items across racked storage
- Verify quantity and SKU before packing
- Pack securely — the right size, the right tape, the right label
- Maintain pick accuracy and pace as guided by your supervisor
- Keep the bay tidy and call out anything unsafe
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- Comfortable on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Basic numeracy — match SKU codes and counts
- 10th pass; freshers welcome
- Willing to rotate across A / B / C shifts
