About the role

Open new doors across NCR. You’ll meet ops heads, fulfilment leads, and procurement teams — pitch the Mynt model, run discovery, and bring back signed mandates.

Field-led · own car or two-wheeler

What you'll do

The work, on a typical day.

  • Build and qualify a pipeline of prospective NCR clients
  • Run discovery calls and on-site meetings with operations leadership
  • Partner with our pre-sales team to scope deals and ROI
  • Close mandates — with clarity on scope, SLAs, and commercials
  • Hand over cleanly to the account team for go-live

What we need

The basics — non-negotiable.

  • 2+ years in B2B sales — staffing, logistics, or workforce SaaS preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English; spoken Hindi a must
  • Comfortable with a CRM and a defined sales motion
  • Own vehicle for client visits across NCR
