About the role
Open new doors across NCR. You’ll meet ops heads, fulfilment leads, and procurement teams — pitch the Mynt model, run discovery, and bring back signed mandates.
What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Build and qualify a pipeline of prospective NCR clients
- Run discovery calls and on-site meetings with operations leadership
- Partner with our pre-sales team to scope deals and ROI
- Close mandates — with clarity on scope, SLAs, and commercials
- Hand over cleanly to the account team for go-live
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- 2+ years in B2B sales — staffing, logistics, or workforce SaaS preferred
- Strong verbal and written English; spoken Hindi a must
- Comfortable with a CRM and a defined sales motion
- Own vehicle for client visits across NCR
