About the role
Sit with our Bangalore sourcing team and run outbound conversations — warm leads, candidate screening, and partner follow-ups. Calm voice, careful listening, accurate notes.
What you'll do
The work, on a typical day.
- Make 60–90 outbound calls a day on a defined script
- Capture clean candidate or partner notes in our CRM
- Qualify leads and pass them to the right account manager
- Stay polite and professional, even when the call goes nowhere
What we need
The basics — non-negotiable.
- Spoken Hindi or Kannada; English helpful
- Comfortable on phone calls — not afraid of cold outreach
- Basic computer skills — typing, CRM entry, email
- 12th pass; graduates welcome
